AGREEMENT TO TERMS

RatingOK.com is owned and operated by RatingOK, a company incorporated under the laws of India with its registered office located at Ghaziabad. RatingOK provides a platform through its website, https://ratingok.com (the “Platform”), which allows users (“User” or “You”) to access and utilize various financial services and products, including credit cards, loans, and other financial products offered by our financial partners.

By using the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the Platform. RatingOK acts only as a facilitator between users and financial institutions (banks, non-banking financial companies, etc.), and does not directly provide financial services.

RatingOK is not a registered financial institution under the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), nor is it involved in lending, borrowing, or investment activities. The final decision regarding any financial product, including credit cards and loans, is made solely by the respective financial partner. RatingOK does not guarantee or provide any financial products directly.

Services

RatingOK offers the following services:

• Assisting users in obtaining credit cards and other financial products from partnered financial institutions.
• Providing credit reports to users through authorized agencies.
• Offering support in verifying the financial eligibility of users.

RatingOK may disclose user information to relevant financial partners as necessary to enable and deliver the requested services efficiently. The information shared will be governed by our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be a natural person who has attained the age of 18 years or older and is legally allowed to enter into a contract. By completing your registration on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these Terms of Use.
